Creating
A New Account
In
order for a company to open an account with Winners Europe Ltd
please contact their Accounts Department and request a new account
application form, bank reference form and terms and conditions.
It is essential that they have these details before the account
is opened. When received your application will be processed and
verified.
Placing
Orders
Their
sales team are available Monday to Friday between the hours of
10.00am and 4.00pm. By speaking to one of sales staff they will
be able to plan your order with the most efficiency by having
current prices, up-to-date stock figures and other information.
Orders can also be placed by fax and email but please remember
to include a contact name and telephone number. All products are
sold as full cartons unless an agreement has been made.
If
a particular item is out of stock your order will remain in their
database and goods will be despatched as soon as they arrive into
the warehouse. All deliveries that need booking in must be notified
in advance.
Deliveries
All
deliveries will be booked in with customers. Deliveries will be
made by their our own transport or assigned logistics company.
Depending on the nature of the order a carriage charge may be
incurred. If wish customers can collect their orders but please
note that 24 hours notice has to be given before collection. Please
note that claims for delivery notes signed unchecked will not
be accepted and shortages to be notified in writing within 3 working
days of the date the delivery was received.
